Tested Leadership When It Matters Most
Tony Kozycki has spent his life stepping into the moments that matter.
Raised in LaGrange, Georgia, he learned early the values of discipline, accountability, and hard work as a student-athlete. Those lessons carried with him to the United States Naval Academy, where he was nominated by Senator Saxby Chambliss and trained to lead with integrity under pressure.
After earning his commission, Tony became a Naval Aviator, flying the F/A-18 Super Hornet.
He completed three combat deployments, leading missions in complex environments where decisions carried real consequences. He worked closely with allied forces, building trust and coordination across nations, and served with the discipline and accountability that only comes from knowing others are counting on you.
After returning home, Tony continued his life of service as an attorney, fighting for families across Georgia and standing up to systems that too often fail the people they are supposed to protect.
He is also a father and a coach, grounded in the same responsibilities and pressures that working families face every day.
Tony is running to bring that same standard of leadership to Congress, grounded in service, tested under pressure, and focused on delivering for the people who depend on it.

Forged at the Naval Academy
Graduated from the United States Naval Academy, Class of 2008. Built on a foundation of honor, courage, and commitment. Trained to lead, not just in theory, but in moments where leadership has real consequences.
Service in Defense of this Nation
Completed three combat deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Inherent Resolve. Awarded three Air Medals for service in combat operations. Led missions in high-pressure environments where execution, discipline, and trust were non-negotiable.
Working with Allies, Strengthening Security
Served as a U.S. Navy liaison embedded with the Royal Australian Air Force, coordinating joint operations and strengthening international partnerships. Understands firsthand that America is strongest when we lead with both strength and trust.
Service Didn't End with the Uniform
Tony brought that same mindset home to Georgia.
Not to sit on the sidelines, but to keep fighting.
After leaving active duty, Tony returned home and enrolled at Georgia State University College of Law, graduating summa cum laude.
As an attorney, he has represented families navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives, fighting for due process, fairness, and accountability in systems that too often fall short.
He has seen firsthand how broken policies impact real people, not in theory, but in courtrooms, in homes, and in communities across Georgia.
At the same time, he built a life rooted in family and community, as a father, a coach, and a neighbor who understands exactly what working families are up against.
Tony is also continuing his leadership development through the Harvard Kennedy School Public Leadership Credential, working toward a mid-career Master in Public Administration.
